Code of Conduct

At ERG International we conduct our business with integrity and expect a high level of personal responsibility from each and every employee. Our expectations include acting lawfully, ethically and honestly while performing duties on behalf of ERG International. This Code applies to all ERG International employees and our sales representatives acting on behalf of ERG International. Integrity must always be on the forefront of our spirit and values and is not a responsibility that we take for granted. We take great pride in being always honest and ethical while conducting business internally and outside our organization with the customers we serve.

Open Door

ERG International's "Open Door" policy offers the opportunity for employees to share feedback and discussion to supervisors and the management team. The objective is to encourage open communication about but not limited to questions, complaints, suggestions, etc. Employees are encouraged to share ideas with the goal of creating the best working environment with shared positive values and policies.

Safety, Health, and Security

ERG International requires all employees to be safety conscious and stay proactive as it relates to safe and secure environments in our office space, factories, and the surrounding vicinities. We know that injuries can happen as we are all human but realize the need to do all that we can to prevent them from happening. Our policy includes having a safety protocol thru regular mandatory training sessions and constant review of working areas. Prevention thru our safety program(s) is a value that is critical to our success. Managers and employees play an active role in prevention of injuries, as well as and maintaining safety program(s). Our processes are designed establish to work safely, including an emphasis on reporting unsafe conditions as they arise. Safety equipment at different levels is also required in all production areas.
